By creating an account and using Gleam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Gleam.
Gleam is a home energy optimization platform that analyzes your utility rates, solar production, EV charging patterns, and home battery usage to surface personalized savings opportunities. Gleam provides estimates and recommendations — actual savings will vary based on your usage, utility rates, and actions taken.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@gleamenergy.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Gleam offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan at $12/month. Pro features include live EV data via Smartcar, utility bill analysis, exact savings calculations, and unlimited chat history. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Savings estimates provided by Gleam are based on publicly available utility rate data, your entered profile information, and connected integrations. These are estimates only — not guarantees of actual savings. Gleam is not responsible for discrepancies between estimated and actual utility bills.
Gleam connects to third-party services including Smartcar, SolarEdge, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. Gleam is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
You agree not to misuse Gleam — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, design, and code within Gleam is owned by Gleam and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Gleam is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use Gleam at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gleam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on Gleam's recommendations.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gleam after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
